TERMS & CONDITIONS At Turneffe Island Lodge, we are a unique and isolated environment and location which requires some special terms and conditions. Cancellation: 60+ days prior to arrival provides a 90% refund of total package. 40 to 59 days prior to arrival is a 75% refund. 15 to 39 days prior to arrival is a 50% refund. Within 14 days to date of arrival, NO refunds can be given. Weather cancellations can not be refunded. No date changes can be made within 29 days of arrival.MISSED FLIGHT: We strongly recommend travel insurace to cover missed flights, missed boat transfers, weather delays or cancellations, health cancellations, etc... REFUNDS CAN NOT BE GIVEN FOR MISSED FLIGHTS.Children Policy: Although we are primarily an Adult Only environment, we do welcome children at certain times and conditions. Children 12 years and over are allowed year round, but must be in a Dive or Fish Package with a parent. Children 12 and under are allowed summer months, and all major US holidays. Discounts apply based on childs age. Alcohol: We are a full service restaurant and bar. Private alcohol is not allowed to be brought to the island.
